It is not hard to find a coffee stall in traditional market. Tuol Tompoung market, better known as Russian Market amongst foreigners, is no exception. As long as I know there are two coffee stalls inside Russian Market and a few more chic cafés outside the market.

A glass of iced cafe au lait will cost you Riel 2,000 or US$0.5. For a buck you can have a glass of fresh orange juice.
